Sign-In/Out Procedures
All volunteers must sign in and out at the front office upon arrival and departure from the school. This is essential for security purposes and to maintain accurate volunteer records.

Confidentiality
Volunteers may have access to confidential information or observe things about students, staff, and the school. You should keep all such information strictly confidential and not share it with anyone outside the school unless authorized by the school administration.

Photography & Social Media
We ask that you not take pictures of students while volunteering on campus. Our teachers often take photos and may share them through the class’s ParentSquare platform. If you get the photos, please refrain from sharing or posting on social media. This will help protect all children’s privacy.

Cell Phone Policy
Cell phone use is prohibited while on school grounds during volunteer hours to ensure a safe and focused learning environment for our students. Cell phones should be turned off or silenced and stored out of sight.

Volunteer Responsibilities
Volunteer duties may include but are not limited to classroom help, art, library work, lunchtime yard duty, etc. The role of a volunteer is to support the school’s educational mission and to provide a positive and supportive environment for all students. Any violation of the above items could result in being asked to stop volunteering for a period of time.
