Fundraising at Addison
The Addison PTA provides financial support for items not covered by our school budget or PiE funding. Our goal is to ensure all students have equal access to all aspects of the learning experience at Addison.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the 2021-22 activities are still being determined. We want as much enrichment for our children as possible, while following relevant guidance from PAUSD, Santa Clara County, and the CDC).
In the past, the money we raise enables us to sponsor activities such as:
- Field trip programs that allow students to learn beyond the classroom, such as:
- Hiller Aviation Museum
- Marine Science Institute
- Arastradero Preserve
- Intel Museum
- Tech Museum
- San Juan Bautista Mission
- Bing Concert Hall
- Deer Hollow Farms
- Educational programs and events that enrich our parent and student community, such as:
- Earth Week
- Math & Science Nights
- Noon Enrichment Activities – Chorus, Art & Science
- Dance parties
- Fun Runs
- Parent Education
- Project Cornerstone
- Children’s Theater Program
- School supplies for each classroom and other school wide items, including:
- E./recess equipment
- Teacher grants for classroom purchases
- Field trip transportation
- Community programs and events, such as:
- Back to School Coffee
- Fall Hoedown
- Halloween Breakfast
- Addison Families Night
- Field Day
- Ice skating parties
- National Anthem with SF Giants
- Inclusion Week
